About the Role

RN-2 Are you a dedicated mental health professional looking to take the next step in your career? As a Clinical Nurse (CN) , you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health nursing care across diverse settings within the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP). With your consolidated experience and commitment to professional growth, you will support consumers in their recovery journey while ensuring best-practice care. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff, accepting accountability for your own practice and delegated activities.

While your role will be primarily clinical, you may also have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement initiatives, research projects, and the development of clinical protocols and guidelines. Depending on your career aspirations and MHCP priorities, you may take on specialised portfolios that align with your expertise and professional growth. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in mental health care and advancing your career, we invite you to join our team.

AHP-2 Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? As a Youth Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing recovery-focused clinical care within the CALHN Mental Health Clinical Program. Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, you will deliver specialist assessments, care coordination, crisis management, and therapy to support young people in stabilising their mental health and enhancing their overall wellbeing. Collaborating closely with families, carers, and key stakeholders, you will help empower young people to build resilience, improve their daily functioning, and actively participate in their communities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service improvement, evaluation of clinical programs, and research initiatives, ensuring best practices in youth mental health care. Your expertise in psychosocial assessment, care planning, and advocacy will help shape positive outcomes for young people navigating mental health challenges. If you are a dedicated and compassionate clinician looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team and be part of a supportive and dynamic mental health service.
