The exciting opportunity:
- Join the only not for profit, NDIS provider that specialises in delivering care and services to First Nations people in WA’s Kimberley region.
- Live and work in Broome with planned outreach travel to regional and remote communities
- Report into an experienced and passionate Allied Health Manager and receive excellent support from Senior Speech Pathologists
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop, review and monitor participant focused care plans that lead to goal achievement
- Implement evidence-based and family centred therapy services
- Empower clients through capacity building to promote engagement within their community
- Achievable billable hours - only 4.5 per day
- Be assigned a varied case load or one that is catered to your area of specialty
- Have genuine flexibility and plan your day to suit you - no need to start and finish in the office
- Live by the beach in one of WA’s top tourist destinations and get to explore the picturesque Kimberley region

- General registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- A genuine passion for supporting and providing care and services to First Nations people with a disability
- Culturally sensitive and skilled at building respectful and productive relationships with participants and their communities
- A motivated, proactive and flexible professional who takes initiative
- Experience in disability is ideal but not essential
