Description:
- Lead and manage all aspects of operational and strategic HR.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Team leadership of 3 staff members.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to international management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage the internal and external recruitment process.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven working experience in a managerial HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Conditions:
- Salary package of up to $180,000 plus superannuation.
- Melbourne CBD location.
- 5 day on-site role.
