The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of procurement and project coordination across a range of technology solutions, including VoIP, hardware, CCTV, and security systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery while driving process optimisation and cost efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing procurement processes for ICT, infrastructure, and security solutions.
- Coordinating project deployments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Acting as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams to align business and technical needs.
- Troubleshooting procurement and technical challenges, driving solutions across teams.
- Supporting sales by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Ensuring compliance with billing and financial processes for accurate invoicing and reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement and project coordination within the ICT.
- Strong technical understanding of VoIP, infrastructure, and security solutions.
- Familiarity with the mining and resource industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering business-driven solutions.
