Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in the IT Support directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work!
Your Key Accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Design and implement management systems to ensure efficient diary management and scheduling of tasks, correspondence, appointments and overall office management. Always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Organise and deliver secretariat services to the Executive Director and all committees chaired by the Executive Director, including agenda preparation, minutes and liaison with participants' actions to be completed.
- Prepare briefings and correspondence and undertake research under the direction of the Executive Director.
- Prepare and collate monthly divisional performance reporting for dissemination to the F&DD Executive Team and wider QPS Executive Team as required.
- Redirect and respond to enquiries on behalf of the Executive Director within defined boundaries.
- Develop and maintain effective communications and collaborative working relationships particularly with the Executive Director, senior staff reporting directly to the Executive Director, support staff and external clients to facilitate the consistent delivery of support services.
