What our two-year Graduate Program offers:
Kicking off in February 2026, you will begin your permanent role with your first job placement which is carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
- Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR) $92,000.00 Inclusive of Superannuation reviewed annually so that you are rewarded for your effort and dedication.

What your role may include:
- Work with key project staff to understand project requirements and determine scope of work
- Providing engineering advice and performing routine
engineering calculations and activities within the scope of
your expertise and capability - Assisting Engineers, Senior Engineers and other key project staff with engineering and
design management activities - Gathering and correlating data to provide routine
reporting
