About the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project teams
- Oversee project change processes in collaboration with Project Managers, the Program Manager, and/or the Program Director, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with project objectives.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records using Clarity PPM tool
- Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders
- Support project managers in day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate meetings, schedule resources, and manage communication channels
Skills & experience:
- At least 5 years of experience providing project support in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in Clarity PPM tool
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office and reporting skills
