What You'll Be Doing: ✔️ Project Oversight - Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.
✔️ Estimation & Planning - Work with estimators and senior managers to price, plan, and execute projects effectively.
✔️ On-Site Coordination - Collaborate with contractors, tradespeople, and site teams to keep projects on track.
✔️ Client Liaison - Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
✔️ Risk & Compliance - Ensure all projects adhere to Australian building codes, safety standards, and regulations. Must-Have Qualifications & Experience: Australian Qualifications - A Certificate IV in Building and Construction (CPC40120) or a Diploma of Building and Construction is highly regarded. A degree in construction management, engineering, or project management is also beneficial.
Relevant Experience - 1-3 years of Australian construction industry experience in a similar role.
Australian Working Rights - You must have full working rights in Australia.
Industry Knowledge - Understanding of refits, refurbishments, fit-outs, waterproofing, and construction project workflows. Along with - Project Scheduling - Ability to use software like MS Project, Primavera, or Procore to plan project timelines.
Financial Acumen - Understanding budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Construction Methods & Materials - Strong knowledge of construction techniques, waterproofing solutions, and fit-out processes.
Contract Administration - Experience with contract management, tenders, and procurement.
Risk Management & Compliance - Ability to identify risks, ensure site safety, and comply with Australian building regulations. What's In It for You?
