The Table Games Quality Assurance Manager role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Development and Capability, and offers an extraordinary opportunity to support operational risk management strategies, validating compliance with all agreed processes, standard operating procedures, and rules within Table Games. With focus on optimisation and improvement of work-flow efficiencies and documented processes, you will strive to improve consistency and ensure accuracy and accountability. A few of your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials align with business practices, Rules of the Game, regulations, and ICMs
- Partner with all departments to maximise process improvements for cross-departmental tasks
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify high-risk operational practices and ensure adequate controls are documented in SOPs and training materials
- Liaise with Risk & Compliance teams to maintain consistency across all requirements
- Monitor, investigate, and provide recommendations for non-conformances and breaches
What we are looking for:
- Currently in a Manager level position or above within Sydney Table Games
- Exceptional understanding of gaming SOP’s, Rules of The Game, ICMs, and Casino Control Act and Regulation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Protecht
- Ability to work autonomously, with high attention to detail and a structured and methodical approach
- Unquestionable integrity with demonstrated calm and profession disposition
