Your opportunity
The role of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker will function within the interprofessional team to enhance the delivery of respectful and culturally appropriate care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, as well as their carers and families.
The Roma Child Health Service collaborates with midwifery team, acute inpatient team, paediatric medicine services team, primary and community care team and many other integral organisations in the complex care delivery to children and their families/carers, utilises and encourages innovation, quality and research to obtain optimal person-centred goals of care.
This position requires travel within Roma, Mitchell, Injune, Surat and Wallumbilla.
