We have the high expectation that every learner can be excellent (strive for personal bests) and implement the Australian Curriculum via intentionally designed learning experiences that include tailored supports that engage, challenge and extend all learners. These experiences grow the skills (our HPSS Superpowers: Thinking, Researching, Communicating, Collaborating & Self-managing) that empower learners to move to independence and drive their learning throughout their lives.
The diversity of our school community is our greatest strength. We are grateful for what each member brings to our community, the contributions they make, and the way they enrich our lives as we learn together. We are a welcoming community and ensuring that everyone feels they belong is very important to us. Authentic relationships and strong partnerships are characteristics of our community, and the parent body of the school is very enthusiastic in its support through an active Parent and Citizens Association and vibrant volunteer group.
