THE ROLE:
Reporting to our Operations Manager, you recognise that the guest experience is paramount. You are already highly proficient in front office systems and processes. Confident in taking the lead, you are a people person and thrive by providing a seamless service and handling any guest need with confidence and collaboration.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a naturally outgoing individual with relevant experience in a luxury hotel. You will display strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. With a natural ambition and drive for career success, you will demonstrate some (if not all!!) of the following skills and experience:
- The ability to drive guest satisfaction across all outlets, empowering our collaborators to provide service beyond customers’ expectations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm.
- Supervising, developing and inspiring colleagues
- Previous experience and oversight of daily operations in a Hotel Front Office environment
- Greeting, assisting and naturally wowing the guests and visitors of the hotel
- Ensure on-job department training is part of the everyday to meet our high service standard.
- Positively communicate and coordinate with all departments of the hotel.
- Use your strong IT skills and contribute to new ideas and initiatives
