Position: Administration & After-Hours On-Call Coordinator
Location: Ormeau, QLD
Hours: Casual Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) + After-hours on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and managing phone calls professionally
Writing detailed reports and documentation
Risk management and issue resolution
Scheduling and coordinating support services
Handling after-hours emergency calls with care and efficiency
Managing CRM systems, Google Drive, and Gmail effectively
What We are Looking For:
✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✔ Experience in the NDIS sector and mental health support
✔ Ability to manage high-pressure situations and respond to emergencies
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Must Have:
- NDIS Yellow Card
- Blue Card
- First Aid / CPR
- QLD Drivers Licence
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- Industry Relevant Qualifications and Experience
