From managing bookings to brightening someone’s day, this role puts you at the heart of every Happitat adventure. As an ambassador for Happitat, you’ll be the main contact for our customers, answering queries and leading them toward our one-of-a-kind environment.
Got what it takes?
This role requires someone who:
• Radiates positive and vibrant energy to ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed and appreciated
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a flair for customer service
• Is experienced in booking and ticketing processes and be well-versed in the adventures on offer
• Answers calls and responds to email inquiries professionally and promptly
• Fields frequently asked questions and provides information about park activities, safety guidelines and promotions
• Supports administrative tasks such as data entry and document control
Do you fit the bill?
We’ve got a few deal breakers, so you’ll need to have:
• Current First Aid certificate
• High School diploma or equivalent
• An understanding of exposure and working in outdoor environments
• Proven experience is a similar role within the Tourism industry
• A positive and happi outlook with a can-do attitude
• Be a team player and self-motivated
• Physical fitness
• Your own reliable vehicle

Are you prepared?
• Some areas of the park can be challenging at times, including varied weather conditions, so this position is best suited to an individual comfortable working outdoors and maintains their physical fitness.
• Our days of operation are Thursday to Monday.
• Weekends and school holidays are our time to shine, so it’s all hands on deck. Availability during these times is a minimum requirement.
