Your Role

Emmaus College school is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Administration Assistant (Leadership Support). This is a term-time position (32.5hpw) for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The Administration Assistant (Leadership Support) provides support to the Assistant Principal: Curriculum and the Assistant Principal: Teaching & Learning in a variety of ways. Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant.

About you

The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills. Experience with a student management system, such as TASS would be advantageous.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
