Job Description

We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to collaborate with leaders across our business, acting as a trusted advisor and coach to enhance leadership capability while ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Partner with leaders and employees to provide expert HR advice across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Provide hands-on support in employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace investigations.
- Coach and equip managers with the skills to navigate difficult conversations and drive high-performance teams.
- Oversee workplace health & safety (WH&S), including compliance and bi-annual audits.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with industry regulations and business needs.
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Payroll and the broader HR team to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role, ideally within fast-paced, operational industries like Automotive, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- A hands-on, proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Resilient, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a high-energy, no-two-days-the-same industry.
