Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our team at a local LPG supplier. The Yard Hand will be responsible for assisting with the operation of the yard, including handling and organising LPG cylinders, loading and unloading trucks, and general yard maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift to safely and efficiently move LPG cylinders around the yard
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain a clean and organised yard
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a yard hand or forklift operator preferred
- Valid forklift high risk work licence and experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
