Our Role:
As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for Senior Project Manager who will be accountable for project planning, management & financial outcome of the project/s, including the project delivery team members directly responsible for the project’s delivery.
You will manage the successful delivery of the services that support the construction of the assigned project/s whilst achieving the contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project safety
- Manage project/s performance, budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Oversight and management of the delivery of large projects (single project with > $50M contract value or multiple smaller projects with combined contract value of > $50M)
- Manage resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage the delivery of project
- Monitor and report on work-in-progress (WIP)
- Project milestone delivery
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and document project scope and resource requirements
- Set timelines for deliverables and encouraging regular iteration on deliverables
- Facilitate and lead regular meetings
- Document, manage and report risks
- Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programmes in line with Company Policies, Procedures and ISO accreditation
About you:
- Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of agile methodologies of project delivery
- Extensive relevant technical & commercial experience plus demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
