Senior Project Manager

Our Role:
As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we have a new opportunity for Senior Project Manager who will be accountable for project planning, management & financial outcome of the project/s, including the project delivery team members directly responsible for the project’s delivery.

You will manage the successful delivery of the services that support the construction of the assigned project/s whilst achieving the contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project safety
• Manage project/s performance, budgeting and periodic forecasting
• Oversight and management of the delivery of large projects (single project with > $50M contract value or multiple smaller projects with combined contract value of > $50M)
• Manage resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage the delivery of project
• Monitor and report on work-in-progress (WIP)
• Project milestone delivery
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Define and document project scope and resource requirements
• Set timelines for deliverables and encouraging regular iteration on deliverables
• Facilitate and lead regular meetings
• Document, manage and report risks
• Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programmes in line with Company Policies, Procedures and ISO accreditation

About you:

• Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong communicator and have expert knowledge of agile methodologies of project delivery
• Extensive relevant technical & commercial experience plus demonstrated leadership skills
• Understanding priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
• Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
