We are expanding our Marketing Team at Australian Venue Co and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join usBring your creativity to life by conceptualizing and producing visually compelling designs for live events, comedy shows, festivals, and digital platforms. Collaborating with marketing teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure that each campaign resonates with our audience and effectively communicates the unique identity of each event.
What will you be doing?
- Produce high-quality graphics and artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various formats and platforms including posters, flyers, digital banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, event producers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and audience demographics.
- Present design concepts and ideas effectively, incorporating feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of design assets, including photos, illustrations, and templates, for easy access and reuse in future projects.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Adapt designs and concepts to different formats, platforms, and audience preferences while maintaining brand integrity and visual impact.

- Minimum two years’ experience in a graphic design role within a branded corporate, design house or agency
- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Creative
- Industry-specific platforms and tools
- Technical graphic design skills
- Proven experience in multi-brand environments
- Experience working in hospitality highly desirable
