About the role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.
In addition, this role will be heavily involved in Patient Services tasks such as liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone .

This position is Part Time – 50 HOURS PER FORTNIGHT
currently worked as 5hrs per day Monday to Friday
There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours as per the operational requirements of the branch.
