Just a stone throw from Albert Park Village, the kindergarten has long been a fixture in the local community and prides itself on promoting wellbeing for all and helping forge friendships between children and families alike. We are also Australia's first carbon neutral kindergarten. It is our vision to remain deeply connected to community – to be a “little Kinder with a big heart” taking care of our world and each other.
An Exceeding NQS-rated service, our philosophy revolves around play as a tool for learning and our program development is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Our teaching practice is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. Our Kindergarten provides a wonderful, small and secure learning environment for three- and four-year-olds. Our teachers and educators have wide-ranging experience and a nurturing, positive approach.
A rare opportunity currently exists to help shape and make a difference in the next generation of our beloved community! We are seeking a caring, energetic and passionately talented educator to join our renowned community-managed, not-for-profit service. We are currently inviting applications to join our dedicated team as one of our casual Certificate III/Diploma educators for both our three- and four-year-old classes.
