Description:

The Revenue & Distribution Manager exists to develop and implement innovative, AI-driven rate and inventory strategies to ensure both Hotels & Holidays have the right rates sold through the right channels at the right time across all distribution channels. This role will focus on maximizing Alloggio revenues and owner returns by leveraging cutting-edge technology and data analytics, with a particular emphasis on granular-level strategy in short-term letting.

Requirements:

Applicants for the position of Revenue & Distribution Manager should have:

  • Tertiary Education in Hospitality, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline with a focus on Revenue Management.
  • 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in business.
  • Experience with strata or fractional ownership management.
  • Proficiency in advanced revenue management systems and AI-powered pricing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI-driven strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative revenue management strategies in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams in a technology-driven role.
