Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators with expertise in corrugating, converting, and printing for roles with a leading fibre packaging company in Jandakot. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure high-quality production output while meeting industry standards.
What's on Offer
- Immediate starts for the right applicant
- Monday - Friday 35 hours per week
- Day and Afternoon shift on offer from 7am and 3pm
- Pay rates from $46.90 on day shift, and $56.28 on afternoon shift
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain corrugating, converting, and printing machines efficiently
- Set up and adjust printing equipment to achieve high-quality print results on packaging materials
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or quality issues during operation
- Follow health & safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Meet production targets and deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a corrugating, converting, or printing role within packaging manufacturing
- Knowledge of flexographic or digital printing processes is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications, print layouts, and machine settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
