We are seeking applications from Systems Engineers with a mechanical background who would be interested in full time roles supporting of Defence projects in Perth.

Engineers with a background in Safety, V&V, Mechanical and Systems are encouraged to apply.
Potential Tasks:
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on the delivery of engineering tasks
- Design and develop military systems and equipment including testing, integration, installing and managing the systems and equipment
- Derive system requirements, define the test requirements and participate in system design and system requirements reviews
- Undertake functional analysis to identify the optimum solution against a set of requirements and develop system specifications
- Perform the integration and validation of complex system designs
- Ensure all documents and artefacts generated are in accordance with appropriate standard procedures and work instructions
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor of engineering or relevant tertiary qualifications
- Firm knowledge of product development
- Experience across the full systems engineering lifecycle
- Strong communications skills both written and oral
- Experience in Maritime industry within a Defence environment
- A high level of self-motivation, time management and organisational ability
- Australian Citizenship essential; current or reinstatable clearance required
