The Contracts Project Officer is accountable to the Manager, Maintenance Procurement Projects for coordinating and administering maintenance procurement projects and programs and contract management to ensure services are provided in accordance with agreed contract service level requirements.
The role is responsible for managing a small number of existing contracts as well as Project Officer support in maintenance procurement project progress and maintaining key project documentation including Work Breakdown Structure, risk registers action logs, stakeholder communication plans, and monitoring and reporting project expenditure against budgets. Drafting procurement project documentation such as progress reports and briefings, and scheduling and providing administrative support to meetings and forums are also the responsibility of this role.

- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
