your role
As the Head of Marketing, you will drive brand positioning, marketing strategy, and digital presence to support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing brand vision, messaging, and external marketing efforts.
• Developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Overseeing property campaigns, listings, and marketing collateral.
• Leading content creation, social media, and performance reporting.
• Organising events to enhance staff and client engagement.
• Coordinating vendors and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

You will play a crucial role in strengthening brand presence, enhancing engagement, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives.

• Proven experience in marketing and operations, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM tools.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
