The vacancy
As a result of steady growth over the last 2 years, there is a new job available in the Building Structures team of this well-known, CBD based consultancy.
An existing group, a fresher team. There's room here for personal and professional development. There is the opportunity for excellent mentoring, to work on future-forward software programes and further establish yourself as a capable and professional drafter in the Victorian built environment.
The role day to day
The role is similar to the one you're doing now. You'll be:

• Drafting on all stages of a builings project, adopting your style and level of detail to suit the project and stage.
• Using AutoCAD and Revit to do so
• Liaising with the project team to stay up to date with changes and needs
• Liaising with the CAD Manager on progress

This is a role where you can build competence and confidence and create a brand for your own career, that will stand the test of the next 30 years.
It would suit someone who may have worked at companies such as Cardno, Irwin Consult, Wood and Grieve (except with a max of only five years' experience, you may not know these names now).
About you

• You will have worked with a known Melbourne consulting firm over a period of 1-5 years..
• .. in a building structures drafting role
• Australian citizenship essential as defence clearance is required. We are happy to help you obtain this.
• Be vivacious and forward-thinking in your attitude
