About the Role
Join CFA as a Learning & Organisational Development Consultant and help shape a high-performing culture. In this role, you'll design, develop and deliver initiatives that enhance capability and strengthen our organisation.
We're looking for someone who can build strong partnerships, influence decision-making and drive impactful learning and development programs across a complex organisation. Experience with or a familiarity with using e-learning course development software is also desirable.
Key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
* Design, deliver, and manage learning and development initiatives to enhance organisational performance.
* Oversee project deliverables and procurement within corporate guidelines.
* Use research and data analysis to inform development programs.
* Prepare clear reports and documents tailored to stakeholders.
* Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Provide expert advice aligned with business priorities.
* Build strong partnerships to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources or other related field and/or proven experience undertaking a similar role in a large and complex organisation.
* Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and organisational development programs and initiatives for individuals and teams that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
* Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary learning and organisational development concepts and experience in applying innovative thinking to address organisational development challenges within large and complex organisations.
* Proven ability to provide consultancy and advice to managers and employees and to use analytical and conceptual skills to solve problems and implement workable solutions which respond to a range of organisational development issues.
* Strong project management skills including a sound record of achievement in delivering projects to a defined scope and a proven ability to plan and prioritise effectively to manage complex projects and competing expectations of multiple stakeholders within time and budget constraints.
* Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills and demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability meet the target audience needs, including the ability to plan, develop and deliver clear and comprehensive reports and briefings.
