About the Team Sales is where it’s at. They’re the team that delivers. Every time. Their purpose is to solve the business problems and alleviate pain points of SME and Enterprise businesses. This is the frontline team that truly has an impact on our customers, daily.
The Role Build trusted relationships with Small and Medium-sized Accounting Practices in your territory, where accountants actively recommend and refer our SME software solutions to their clients. Your focus will span acquisition, retention, customer experience, and engagement. A great opportunity for a sales all-rounder!
You’ll have full accountability for qualifying, pursuing, and successfully closing opportunities. As part of a team of passionate, hard-working sellers, you’ll implement best-in-class sales methodologies and pipeline management processes to deliver high-volume, fast-velocity revenue growth.What you'll be focused on...
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by creating customer value and driving expansion business
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with MYOB’s Partners, including conducting regular Partner meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching customer needs, engaging decision-makers, and fostering strategic relationships
  • Handle a value-based sales cycle from qualification through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
  • Mitigate revenue or SaaS stock churn risks by engaging relevant business areas as needed
  • Accurately forecast and own the sales pipeline, ensuring CRM compliance and strategic gap planning
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to implement impactful campaigns that achieve sales and customer goals
What we'd love to see from you...
  • Demonstrated track record in business development or account management with a focus on getting results
  • Expertise in building and selling technology solutions, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proven success in upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Proficient in running and collaborating with various partners and customers, including senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
