About the role
We make old-school pies & sausage rolls, remember those!?
You will be joining one of Melbourne's best sourdough team of Bakers.
Your knowledge of Pies & Sausage Roll Making will grow, when less about budget & more about quality is endorsed.
We are looking for someone strong in Pies, Sausage rolls & Pastries, daily we will, as a team, work together in all sections, so skills development is “a natural process”.
You don't need to be a Qualified Pastry Chef to apply for this position, experience is key here.

Skills and experience
- 2 years in a Pies & Sausage Rolls
- or
- 3 years in a normal Bakery with Exsposure
- or,… A want to make Good Pies & Sausage Rolls
If you have this, we can teach you the rest, if needed.
