Responsibilities Include:
- Manage customer enquiries and proactively generate new leads.
- Establish an effective follow-up system for repeat business and lead generation.
- Drive sales to meet volume and profit targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service from sale to delivery
- Stay informed about product benefits, features, and specifications.
