Your Role:
- Engage with Customers: Provide top-notch service in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Process Orders & Quotes: Use internal systems to coordinate pricing, product information, and order dispatch
- Build Relationships: Connect with existing clients and build long-term working relationships
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching stock as required (e.g. if a team member is away)
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work across teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Location: Full-time office-based role in Peakhurst NSW. Monday – Friday hours. Free onsite parking available
You Are:
- Experienced: Previous customer service experience, ideally dealing with trade-based customers
- A People-Person: Friendly, energetic, and great at building customer relationships
- A Team Player: Always ready to jump in and support colleagues without needing to be asked
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong time management and accuracy in handling orders
- Physically Fit: Comfortable lifting boxes (up to 30kg) and being on your feet as required
- Committed & Driven: Looking for a long-term career in a stable and growing company
- Licensed: Forklift license is desirable (we are happy to support you in obtaining your license if you don't have one!)
- Eligible to Work in Australia: Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role
