Location Central Coast, NSW, AustraliaWe are looking for a passionate, empathetic Support Worker with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.
We are looking to grow the team and are recruiting multiple new team members! There are morning, day, evening and night shift available (24/7 week roster) - it will depend of what you are looking for and the flexibility you need - apply now.
About the role
Your role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
- Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

Requirements
- Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20-25 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 30 hours + available if you wish)
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
- Travel across all group homes locations in Wyong, Long Jetty and Umina
