A rare opportunity for a dedicated Administrator Assistant to join our esteemed team, working from our Head Office in the Mariners Centre at Tuggerah. This role is your gateway to a vibrant career in the construction industry.
This role is a vibrant position within our company, you will need to be an enthusiastic, organised person who is willing to work well with clients, contractors and supervisors and who will be dedicated to their responsibilities.
All-rounder to provide administrative support to our construction team, maintenance and also covering reception tasks.
- Knowledge within the construction industry would be beneficial, although not essential.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel & Word), maths and computer skills.
- Efficient organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reception tasks, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.
- Act as a versatile all-rounder, adept at handling various administrative duties.
- Post Contract maintenance, liaising with clients, contractors and supervisors
- Knowledge in Computer software; Onsite Companion, AutoCAD, Google Drive would be beneficial, although not essential.
