We are seeking an Assistant Project Management (Client-Side) wanting to grow and diversify their skill across multiple and varying types of projects and full development life-cycle.
Reporting to the Director of Blare Management, you will have at least 5 years industry experience, tertiary qualifications in either Architecture, Construction or Civil Engineering and be responsible for, or jointly involved with;
- Managing the process of defining the Principals project goals and objectives on a new development.
- Acting as the representative of the Principal in the co-ordination of all professional, technical, administration and other services to be provided.
- Prepare Consultants briefs, analyse proposals, fees submissions and make recommendations.
- Appoint Consultants on behalf of the Principal.
- Manage the process of achieving the Principals stated goals and objectives.
- Manage or be involved with the preparation of DA's and feasibilities.
- Involved in managing authorities including councils
- Time, Cost, Quality, Safety, Design and Stakeholder Management.
- PCG reporting, budget forecasting, minutes of meetings and presentations.
- Contractual management between Principal Contractors, Builders and any other respective party associated with the delivery of a project
- Participate in Budget, Cashflow and Cost management
- Work in Compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements,
- Oversee and manage documents that legally and commercially commit Clients and / or Blare Management
- Have an understanding of the D&BP Act and WHS
The role in Blare Management extends to being part of a dynamic team involved in the FULL lifecycle of property development with exposure to construction and project management.
