• Collaborate with colleagues and access peer consultation and external supervision.

About You:

• Proven experience in providing mental health and well-being support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.

• Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Professional registration with a relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA).
• Minimum of three years of counselling experience.
• Ability to manage clinical risk and client presentations effectively.
• Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
• A passion for delivering culturally informed mental health services.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and evolving environment with a focus on client well-being.

For You:

  • Contribute to the delivery of proactive employee mental health and related services in a sector that has a critical impact on the health, well-being and welfare of others.
  • Engage in values-driven work - driving culturally sensitive mental health and well-being support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
  • Flexible working arrangements – including working from home options and adjustments to hours. We can work with you to find mutually suitable arrangements.
  • Access to peer consultation and external supervision.
  • Access to hundreds of professional development courses to help you further your clinical skills as you see fit.
  • Career progression - for the right clinicians, there are opportunities to further your career into leadership positions or specialist services.
  • Other benefits include wellbeing days, volunteer days, and a generous parental leave policy.
