Your New Team and Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for Trainee Administration Officer to join our busy team in Somersby. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for assistance to visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment .
In addition to this role, you will be provided the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, a nationally recognised qualification.
Working in a team environment, you will perform a variety of administration tasks, this includes but is not limited to:
- Processing Sales Orders
- Processing Timesheets
- Create Purchase orders and process invoicing
- Communicate with both internal and external contractors/customers
- Maintain office supplies and conduct stock control
- Fleet and equipment planning and management
About you
We are looking for a team player who is self-driven and possesses the following skills and experience:
- Must have completed Year 11
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Data Entry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Unlimited working rights
