About the role: As a Retail Supervisor, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. We have two supervisor roles currently available at our Castle Hill Warehouse:
  • A full-time role with flexibility to work evening/night shifts 2pm-11pm Monday to Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.
  • A full-time role with flexibility to work morning/day/evening shifts between Monday and Sunday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

What’s involved:
  • Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coach the team on the right service behaviours
  • Assist with inducting and training the team
  • Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements
  • Coordinate stock
Who we're looking for: Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others. This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive team environment. You’ll need:
  • Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
  • An ability to achieve results and standards by working with your team
  • Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • Have an eagerness to learn about new products
  • To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
Our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends. To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
