Key Responsibilities

• Process and allocate a high volume of customer payments
• Reconcile multiple bank accounts, including all customer payments
• Investigate and resolve unreconciled transactions
• Maintain customer accounts by reconciling payments and resolving outstanding transactions
• Process cheque and cash transactions
• Support the broader finance leadership team with various administrative and financial tasks.

Skills & Experience Essential:

• Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes
