Job ExpectationsA fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Region Area Manager , reporting to the General Manager, Field Operations, where you will join the Field Services team.
A bit about your role
As the Region Area Manager you will oversee all field activities performed by the nbn’s Internal Field Workforce within your designated region. This includes Network & Customer Service, asset lifecycle maintenance, emergency event asset protection and post event restoration, facility coordination, as well as community and stakeholder management.
As a key leader within Field Services you will support a diverse, geographically dispersed team in a high-risk and dynamic environment. You will nurture a high performance, safety-focused, compliant and customer satisfaction-oriented culture and will operate a business management framework that delivers outstanding commercial outcomes for the unit.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have extensive experience leading large frontline teams within Operations or Engineering, particularly in Service Delivery. You will be extremely comfortable with planning and project management in complex, large scale environments and have strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving business goals. Your natural ability to communicate and collaborate is evident, and you will be passionate about creating a resilient, customer-focused, high-performance team culture.
