Position Summary:
CaSE Contractors is seeking experienced Project Engineersto join our team. As a Project Engineer you are to ensure the effective coordination and control of engineering works for a designated project through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control based on CaSE / Clients standards. On-site the Project Engineer is responsible in assisting to ensure the safe and successful completion of the project on schedule, within budget and to the specified quality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Management including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement and technical aspects and reporting on performance
- Managing client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships, whilst overseeing Quality compliance and leading a Safety First culture
- Financials including monthly reviews, progress claims, cost valuations, budgets and forecasting.
- Risk assessments and audit site operations to ensure procedures and processes are met.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Good negotiation skills and experience dealing with external stakeholders and regulators
- Previous experience on Rail projects
- Excellent communication skills
- University Degree in Civil Engineering is desirable.
