Your contributionThe Senior HRIS Systems Administrator oversees day to day support and maintenance activities including incident and problem resolution, access and security, data maintenance, data integrity, quality assurance, and systems integration tasks.Working as part of a small team in a shared services environment, providing subject matter expertise and high level client services to multiple internal and external clients.
Your roleThe Senior HRIS Systems Administrator will:Execute the fortnightly pay runs in accordance with agreed timeframes, including processing the pay run, reconciling, and disbursing the pay.Manage upgrades and changes in accordance with CAA IT processes.Liaise with the vendor to escalate issues and coordinate version upgrades and interlinked/dependent software.Identify, develop and implement changes to improve the quality, timeliness, consistency and usability of financial information and reporting within CAA and its customers, ensuring compliance with legislative and operational requirements.Develop and produce regular and ad-hoc reports using application-specific and external tools (Aurion Query Tool, Power BI, Technology One XLOne) and provide supporting analysis/advice.Maintain a high standard of system access controls, system codes, structures, and general system maintenance.Assist with audit processes, generate and analyse reports, and support system-related queries to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Participate as a team member on implementation projects and onboarding new clients as required.Contribute to developing and delivering team plans to support CAA and its customers' goals and objectives.Foster a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
