An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales coordinator based in Alice Springs. Reporting to the Branch Manager , this role is focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll be part of a collaborative sales and support team, ensuring customers receive exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Maintain and increase sales volume and profit of assigned customers.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, with proactive follow up.
- Manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing.
- Liaise effectively with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
- Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales.
- Willingness to take initiative and get the job done.
- Knowledge of the Building industry or estimating is highly regarded.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A passion for enhancing the customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm.
- While experience is important, your positive attitude and reliability will set you apart.
