As a Sales Solutions Manager, you will drive strategy to exceed sales goals, liaising with clients to close deals, manage accounts, and adapt strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the Nederman MikroPul Process Technology Division’s products and services.
- Follow up leads, maintain current quoted opportunities and successfully manage the sales process to closure.
- Build customised solution concepts and prepare creative and effective proposals.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing for quotations and prepare cost estimates.
- Manage the sales team consisting of an Inside Sales representative and a Mid-Level Sales Engineer.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals through proper preparation and execution of a sales activity plan.
- Profitably manage key accounts to build stronger relationships and successfully secure future business. Liaise closely with these key accounts to ensure existing installations are meeting their expectations.
- Routinely provide reports and feedback to management on sales forecast, activity levels and competitive landscape within the targeted industries.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Experience in selling technical solutions in an industrial environment.
• General knowledge of industrial ventilation design on standard air applications.
• Proven technical sales skills, including the ability to generate leads and close sales (including a strong understanding of the sales process).
• Strong leadership qualities with good communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Sound planning and organisational skills.
• Strong business development skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
