Description:

Your enthusiasm for and the ability to play a role in the implementation of change as well as your experience in customer focused services will create a positive experience for our key customers in delivering a range of services.

Essential Criteria to be addressed in the application

Experience and/or in depth understanding of:

  • Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework (Office of Local Government)
  • Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009
  • Policy development and review
  • Customer Service frameworks
  • Administration of committee frameworks or other designated work groups
  • Community engagement activities
  • Service Level Agreements
  • Executive Support
  • Demonstrated research experience and approaches

The successful candidate will possess and demonstrate the following:
