The Opportunity
As a key player in our Pricing & Revenue Management team, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to set new industry standards and drive strategic initiatives. Your mission is clear: to spearhead our drive towards sustainable profitability, marrying strategic pricing models with market insights and leveraging the latest technology to refine our pricing strategies and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include:
- Utilize advanced analytics and data science as part of our monumental "Customer Connect" digital transformation, positioning our systems at the industry's cutting edge
- Collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders, guiding decision-making through meticulous price setting and volume management
- Work within a team where your voice is heard, and your ideas lead to tangible impacts on our mission to revolutionise waste management
- Support the delivery of value-based pricing strategies through standardised framework, processes, tools and policies
- Provide and facilitate insights and recommendations to pricing and revenue growth discussions by leveraging customer and market research, cost analysis, lifecycle scenario planning, market access trends and competitor pricing
- Identify opportunities relating to sales, volume and customer segments
About You
- A strategic mindset, backed by commercial savvy, aimed at driving growth and profitability
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI (or similar business intelligence software)
- Proven experience applying commercial expertise to provide appropriate guidance and insight to the business
- A commitment to excellence, blending a proactive attitude with a technology-driven approach to push the envelope for outstanding results
