As a Qualitative Research Consultant, you will:
- Support Client Engagements : Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to strategic discussion.
- Design and Execute Research : Develop and implement research frameworks that blend creativity, theory, and advanced methodologies.
- Deliver Actionable Insights : Utilise an advanced Qual tool kit that includes traditional Quanl, ethnography, workshops, AI, trends forecasting, cultural insights and social listening to uncover strategies that drive client success.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior researchers, learning and contributing to the team's growth and excellence.
- Contribute to Industry Thought Leadership: Participate in writing articles on emerging methodologies, trends and cultural shifts.
- Experience in Qualitative Research : 2-4 years in agency or consultancy settings, focusing on consumer behaviour, brand strategy, and innovation.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret Qual insights and translate findings into a strategic recommendation.
- Commercial Awareness : Understanding of how insights can drive business growth.
- Curiosity & Creativity : A passion for understanding people, culture, and the evolving market landscape.
