NXT GIG is excited to welcome a talented User Experience Designer to our innovative design team. In this role, you will focus on creating user-centered designs for our products and services by understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research and testing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to design seamless and engaging experiences that improve user satisfaction and drive adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design methodologies, user research, and usability testing. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and define user profiles and personas
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively showcase design concepts and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on user experience designs based on user feedback and business requirements
- Analyze user interactions and behaviors to identify areas for improvement in the product experience
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design to ensure NXT GIG remains a leader in user experience
- Present findings and design solutions to stakeholders, advocating for the needs of users in the development process
- Document and communicate design processes and decisions to facilitate collaboration and alignment across the team
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a User Experience Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven design decisions
- Strong communication skills to explain design rationale and advocate for user needs effectively
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
