Job Description

In this Full time permanent role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for delivery, team management and support of D365 CE and Power Apps application. You will be part of the Digital Delivery team and report to Software development manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Play a lead role in the development and ongoing stewardship of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions from Proof of Concept to full implementation across a number of domains within Epworth. Assist with requirements gathering, business process re-design, testing and deployment.
  • Design of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, flows and plugins.
  • Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters to analyse and define the product backlog and to support prioritisation & delivery of this work.
  • Configuration and maintenance of existing Dynamics 365 entities and forms.
  • Undertake Integration development and testing of CRM components.
  • Team leadership of CE developer resources which may be a combination of permanent or contractor staff.
  • Assist Head of Digital with resource capability, capacity monitoring and forecasting.
  • Develop lines for open team access and communication and proactively manage employee issues expeditiously, mitigating risk.

To be successful in this role…
You will have:

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building canvas and model driven apps using Microsoft Power Pages.
  • Experience building Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Strong business focus and ability to correctly interpret requirements from subject matter experts.
  • Strong communication skills and a drive to take ownership of assigned work and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in the configuration and administration of CRM solutions.
  • Works in accordance with Epworth’s values.
  • Team player who works collaboratively and makes a positive impression on others in a range of interpersonal contexts.
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing with the ability to adapt to suit the context and the audience.
  • Attention to detail.
