Permanent Full-Time position located in Hallam, Victoria

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About the role
In light of our substantial growth, we are seeking a permanent Full-time Experienced Service Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic office-based Service team.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized individual with a strong customer focus to join our dedicated service team. In this dynamic and varied role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our service department, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of service calls and appointments
  • Liaise with clients to address their service needs and ensure prompt and effective resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and report generation
  • Assist with the procurement of parts and equipment as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes and procedures
  • Support the broader administrative functions of the business as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role, preferably within the service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience with AroFlo would be beneficial, although it is not a requirement.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
